We have worked hard to make designing your stone as easy as possible.

We know that sometimes a vision needs a little push.
When contacting us please know that if you receive our voice mail we will return your call ASAP.
We are often between the shop, stone hunting or even answering other calls!
But you are all important to us and we look forward to speaking with you.
Also don't forget Email is wonderful as that can be done any time from anywhere!
Proofs (mock-ups) are available.
When you place an order we generally will send one so we suggest that you watch for correspondence from us.
Although we would love to make sure everyone receives a proof they are not always necessary and please be aware that sending a proof can delay the production of the order.
If you definitely wish for one, you can always notate that in the "Special Instructions".
Please note that if you select the Add A Photo Option you will definitely receive a proof!
In some cases if you wish to have a proof done without placing an order there may be a charge of up to $10 for the time spent, depending on detail and research entailed.
If you place an order in the end that fee will be waived.
